EASY SHRIMP CREOLE 
Saute 1 package frozen shrimp in 2 tablespoons butter about 5 minutes. Use electric skillet if possible. Add 2 cans stewed tomatoes, light salt, dash of Tabasco, 1 bay leaf, 1/2 teaspoon thyme. Bring to boil for about 10 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Serve over hot rice. Can be made early and reheated as rice is cooking. Serves 4.
