CAPTAIN'S CASSEROLE 
This is made with leftovers of vegetables, mashed potatoes, or any type of meat.

1 can tuna or cup of meat scraps
1 c. instant rice
2 c. tomato juice
6 (1/8 inch) thick Velveeta cheese slices
1 or 2 c. leftover vegetables
1 or 2 c. mashed potatoes

Each ingredients is layered in a casserole dish to this point.

1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Heat the milk and mushroom soup together and pour over the top of the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
