PARVE SAUCE FOR VEGETABLES 
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. parsley
Grated rind 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. finely chopped pimento

Melt butter, use fine bread crumbs and add to it. Stir and cook over low heat until brown. Add remaining ingredients and allow this to become foamy. Pour or toss with any vegetables, especially green, such as spinach or broccoli.
