ROSY SAUCE VEGETABLE SALAD 
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. sugar

VEGETABLES:

1 chopped onion
2 or 3 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped bell pepper
1 sliced cucumber

Combine all ingredients for sauce in saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour immediately over vegetables. Cool promptly and chill thoroughly. Can place ice on top to cool immediately and remove after a few moments. Refrigerate.
