PANSIT PHILIPINO (STIR FRY) | |
1/2 c. cauliflower 2 c. cabbage 3 carrots 1 green pepper 1/2 c. onion 3 cloves garlic 1 pkg. bean threads or rice sticks 1 c. pork or chicken 1/2 c. Chun King Soy Sauce 2 tbsp. cooking oil 3 pkgs. Top Ramen Noodles 2 packages pre-cut stir fry vegetables may be substituted. Cut vegetables into bite size pieces; set aside. Cut pork or chicken into bite sized pieces. In a large frying pan, combine oil, cut up garlic, brown. Add meat and brown also. Mix 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup soy sauce, add to meat. Dump in vegetables. Steam for about 4 minutes, covered. Break up Ramen noodles and add to stir fry. Cut up bean threads with scissors and add. Stir. You may add more water and soy sauce for noodles to cook but don't add to much. Make sure vegetables are still a little crunchy. Serves 6. |
