FRIED PORK AND RICE 
3 tbsp. oil
4 eggs
1 tbsp. water
1 1/2 c. slivered raw pork
1 1/2 c. bean sprouts
1/4 tsp. ginger
3 c. cooked rice
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. sliced green onions

In large skillet heat 1 tablespoon of oil. In small bowl beat eggs; with water cook eggs in hot oil, stirring constantly to scramble. Remove eggs from pan. Chop into small pieces; set aside.

Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil; fry pork. Add bean sprouts and ginger. When thoroughly heated, add rice. Return eggs to rice mix and toss while adding soy. Cook until mixed and heated. Scatter scallions on top.
