CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can creamed corn
1 can regular corn (do not drain)
8 oz. sour cream
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter, softened

Mix the above and pour into a greased 2 quart dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour (I take off the extra grease from the butter before I serve).
