SUMMER SQUASH CASSEROLE 
12 or so sm. yellow squash
3 stalks celery
1 med. onion
1 med. bell pepper
1/2 or more stick butter or oil
1 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese

Brown squash, celery, onion and pepper in butter or oil. Make white sauce using milk, butter, cornstarch and cheese. Combine all in casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
