BAKED RICE & NOODLES 
2 sticks butter
1/2 lb. med. or fine noodles
3 c. uncooked Minute Rice
2 env. onion soup mix
2 cans chicken broth
1 tsp. soy sauce
Optional: 4 oz. can water chestnuts

Melt butter and add noodles. Stir until lightly browned. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and pour into 3 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
