GREAT SLOPPY JOE'S 
5 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 bottle (32 oz.) catsup
1 can beer
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. mustard

Brown beef and onions; drain. Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 2 hours. Serve on hamburger buns. Leftovers can be frozen for use within 3 months.
