HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 stewing hen, cooked and diced
1 c. raw celery, chopped
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 tbsp. minced onion
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients and put in lightly greased casserole.

Top with: 1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
