SALMON PUFF 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
20 crumbled Saltine crackers
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) salmon, drained and flaked
2 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Mix butter, milk and crackers; stir in salmon, egg yolks, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Put mixture in greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with paprika, optional. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

To microwave: Use glass loaf pan; do not grease. Microwave uncovered until top is dry and set, 5 to 7 minutes.

Optional.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
