1 pkg. macaroni and cheese dinner
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 soup can water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tomato, diced

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain excess fat. Add soup, water, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Pour ground beef mixture into a 2 quart baking dish. Top with macaroni and cheese dinner, then diced tomato. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
