QUICK PIZZA 
1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen white bread dough
1 jar (about 15 oz.) marinara sauce
2 c. coarsely shredded Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)
1 c. coarsely chopped pitted black olives
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Remove frozen loaf bread from freezer; let stand at room temperature 5 minutes. Dust a 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" jelly roll pan with flour. Cut frozen loaf in 1/4" thick slices, using a serrated bread knife. Arrange slices, slightly overlapping, to cover bottom of pan and press together with floured fingertips. Form a raised edge all around by pressing dough about 1/4" up sides of pan. Spread sauce evenly over dough; then sprinkle with the cheese, olives and oregano. Bake on lowest oven rack 20 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Makes 4 main dish servings.
