LEMON CHEESE CAKE 
3 c. flour, plain
3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. lemon juice

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, then alternate flour and milk until complete. Add vanilla and beat well. Bake in cold oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

FILLING: In double boiler combine all and cook slowly until thickens. Let cool and ice layers.
