SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) sour cream sauce mix
1/2 c. milk
1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of potato soup
Slices of Swiss cheese

Drain sauerkraut well. Prepare sour cream sauce as directed on package. Mix with potato soup. Blend slightly with sauerkraut. Place in greased casserole and top with Swiss cheese. Heat, covered at 350 degrees until bubbly.
