SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. cooked egg noodles
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger with onion. Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Put sauerkraut over hamburger. Then layer on the noodles. Mix soups and milk; pour over the noodles. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 minutes, uncovered.
