TANGY CHERRY SALAD 
1 sm. can pineapple
1 lb. can sour cherries
1 sm. pkg. cherry Jello
1/4-1/3 c. sugar (if cherries are not in heavy syrup)
1/3 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Walnuts or pecans, optional

Drain and save juice from pineapple and cherries. Add enough water to make 1 1/2 cup juice and boil and dissolve Jello. If cherries are not in heavy syrup, add the sugar. Add this to the orange and lemon juice. Combine with cherries and pineapple and nuts and let set.
