MUSTARD SEED HORSERADISH LOAF 
3 c. enriched flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. horseradish

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 4 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch loaf pan.

Stir together dry ingredients. Blend remaining ingredients. Add liquid all at once to flour mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened.

Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake at 375°F for 65 to 70 minutes, or until done.

Cool loaf in pan for 15 minutes before removing.
