PRALINE PUMPKIN PIE | |
3 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/2 c. granulated sugar 2 tablespoons all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground Allspice 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin 1 1/2 c. light cream 1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. brown sugar 3/4 c. chopped pecans Combine first 8 ingredients. Add pumpkin and cream, mix well. Pour into pastry shell; cover edge with foil Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove foil. Melt butter; add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle nut mixture over pie. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Serves 8. |
