CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 bag Success Rice, uncooked
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
6 chicken breast halves, skinned

Mix soup, milk, rice, wine, soup, mushrooms and 1/4 cup cheese using a whisk. Mix well.

Pour in 13 x 9 inch pan. Put chicken on top of rice and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
