PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES WITH A
DIFFERENCE
 
1/2 c. oil
1 c. honey
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 eggs, well-beaten
1/3 c. instant dry milk (1/3 c. non-instant)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. mace
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. whole wheat flour

Combine oil and honey in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and creamy. Add peanut butter and mix well. Beat in eggs, milk, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, mace, and cloves. Stir in remaining ingredients by hand.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Yield about 30 cookies.
