Blueberry or Cherry Torte - Recipe

BLUEBERRY OR CHERRY TORTE

12 graham crackers rolled fine
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix and pat into 9 inch square pan.

Beat:

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Pour cheese mixture oven crust in pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool.

FILLING:

1 can blueberry pie mix (or cherry)
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Pour over cheese, chill, serve with cream or whipped cream.
