BLUEBERRY TORTE 
BASE:

1.5 c. flour
1.25 sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

3-4 c. blueberries
2 tbsp. sugar
1 grated lemon rind

CUSTARD:

2 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

1. Combine base ingredients well by hand and pat evenly into greased 12 inch springform pan.

2. Lightly mix filling ingredients together and sprinkle over base.

3. Whisk together custard and pour over berries.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until golden on top. Serves 8-10.

The cooking time was closer to 2 hours, I used fat free sour cream, that might have made the difference. Very tasty. Not pretty to look at, but good.
