1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cream cheese
1/2 c. apricot preserves
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. apricot preserves
1 tbsp. soft butter

Sift together all dry ingredients. Beat together the butter with the cream cheese. Add to dry mixture and blend well. Then add the coconut and the apricot preserves. Mix well.

Drop by the teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Cool. Combine the confectioners' sugar, butter and apricot preserves. Mix well. Frost cookies and serve.
