SHRIMP SALAD 
1 c. tomato juice
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 env. Knox (unflavored) gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. vegetables, chopped (celery, green pepper, small onion)
1/4 c. stuffed olives, chopped
1 c. shrimp, cooked & chopped

Soak gelatin in cold water according to directions. Heat tomato juice to boil; dissolve cream cheese and gelatin in hot mixture. When cool, add remaining ingredients. Place in refrigerator to set.
