SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
5 lbs. in shell shrimp
1 lb. butter
1 lg. bottle Wishbone Italian salad dressing
8 tbsp. black pepper
Juice of 2 lemons

Melt butter in a large baking pan. Add lemon, dressing and pepper. Rinse shrimp (leave in shell), place in pan and mix to coat. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Turn in marinade several times during baking. Save marinade after baking as a dip.
