SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 lbs. fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined; or
2 lbs. thawed frozen shrimp
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
4 c. cooked rice
3 slices bacon

Heat oil in a skillet; add onions and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in shrimp and seasonings and cook for 5 minutes. Add rice; mix well and turn into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with bacon. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Yield: 6-8 servings.
