SAUCY SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) wedge sharp natural Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 boiled eggs, sliced
1 lb. (2 1/2 c.) peeled boiled shrimp

Make a sauce with butter, flour, milk, and seasonings. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Alternate layers of egg slices, shrimp and sauce in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees, 20 to 25 minutes.
