SHRIMP CASSEROLE | |
1 c. uncooked rice 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 onion, chopped 2 lbs. shrimp, chopped 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2 tsp. lemon juice 4 tbsp. butter 1 bell pepper, chopped 2 tsp. dried parsley Garlic salt and pepper to taste Cook rice. Saute onion, bell pepper in butter. Add mushroom soup, lemon juice and parsley; stir and add salt and pepper. Mix together thick mixture rice and shrimp, place in greased baking dish 9x13 inch. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. DO NO COVER. Let sit for 30 minutes before serving. |
