SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, tear up & cut off crusts
1 1/2 lbs. shelled shrimp
1/2 lb. grated cheese (Cracker Barrel extra sharp)
1/4 lb. melted butter
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 whole eggs, beaten
1 pt. milk (2 c.)
Salt & pepper to taste
Onion salt (opt.)

Break bread in small pieces, grate cheese (not too finely), arrange shrimp, bread and cheese in layers in greased casserole. Pour melted butter, mustard, salt and pepper eggs, and milk over casserole, let stand overnight in covered casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees still covered. Serves 4 to 5.
