TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken in 2 inch pieces
1 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese, divided
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, divided
2 c. diced cooked turkey or chicken
1/4 green pepper, cut in thin slivers
1 (2 oz.) can diced pimentos
1/2 sm. onion, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. dry vermouth
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook and drain spaghetti. Combine 1 1/4 cup cheddar, 2 tablespoons Parmesan and all remaining ingredients. Toss with the spaghetti. Place in greased casserole and sprinkle with reserved cheeses. Cook covered 45 minutes at 350 degrees. This freezes well to be pulled out for unexpected guests. Serves 6-8.
