DUTCH MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

1/2 can tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Lightly mix all ingredients; form into loaf. Combine topping ingredients; pour over meat loaf. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
