HASH BROWN POTATO BAKE 
1 (32 oz.) frozen hash browns
1 (8 oz.) carton plain sour cream
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of celery soup, diluted with 2/3 c. water
2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt

Defrost potatoes in a large bowl. Add all the other ingredients except potato chips. Mix well. Pour into a buttered 9"x13" dish. Top with 2 cups crushed potato chips. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 12.
