BEST - EVER PANCAKES 
1 c. flour (1/2 c. plain & 1/2 c. whole wheat)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. & 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 oil

Mix the dry ingredients together very well. Add the milk, egg and oil into the flour mixture until moistened.

Drop batter onto a preheated 250 degree griddle. Cook pancakes until brown on the edges and bubbly on top. Turn the pancakes over until browned. Serve hot.
