1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. peanut butter
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together first 4 ingredients. Add eggs and peanut butter; mix well. Add vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixture; blend well. Roll into 3/4 inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart. Press down with fork. Bake in a 400 degree oven 10-12 minutes. And share with my Grandpa.
