1 1/2 lb. hamburger
8 oz. tomato sauce
16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 sm. chopped onion
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) crescent roll pack
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown and simmer ground beef; drain fat. Add tomato sauce, onion, salt and pepper; simmer. Roll out crescent rolls in a 9 inch pie pan to form crust.

Mix 1 egg and 1 cup cheese. Pour over crust. Pour beef mixture over cheese and egg mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Serves 4-6.
