1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
48 mini Reese's peanut butter cups

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Stir in dry ingredients until blended. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Press into small muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press 1 peanut butter cup into each hot cookie crust. Allow to cool.
