PEANUT BUTTER TEMPTATION 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bag Reeses mini peanut butter cups

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar; beat in egg and vanilla. Sift flour, soda and salt; blend into creamed mixture. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place in ungreased mini-muffin tins. Bake at 375 degree for 8-10 minutes, until light brown.

Remove cookies from oven; immediately press a peanut butter cup into center. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from tins. Store in an airtight container.

Makes 2 dozen cookies.
