CORN FRITTERS, COUNTRY STYLE 
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Combine well beaten egg with milk, add dry ingredients and contents of can of creamed corn, stirring until batter is smooth. Then add melted butter and drop into hot oil. Cook until brown. Turn once.
