HOT CLUB SANDWICHES 
8 hard rolls
butter, softened
1 lb. sliced smoked ham
1/2 lb. sliced turkey or chicken
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. crumbled Bleu cheese

Cut rolls into thirds. Spread each surface with butter. Place ham on bottom sections of rolls; add second sections of rolls. Top with turkey. Mix cheeses. Spread over turkey. Top with third section of rolls. Wrap each sandwich in foil. Heat on rack in 425 degree oven until hot - 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 8.
