HOT CRAB & CHEESE SANDWICHES 
1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat or 1 (6 oz.) frozen, thawed
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2/3 c. cream of celery soup
3 English muffins; split and toasted

Combine first 6 ingredients. Stir well. Spoon mixture onto cut side of muffin. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 6.
