SWEET DILLS 
1/2 gal. dill pickles
1 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
3 scant c. sugar
1 tsp. mixed pickling spices
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Drain liquid from 1/2 gallon dill pickles and discard. Mix remaining ingredients together in pan and boil for 5 minutes. Cool. Pour over pickles. Slice as desired, refrigerate. Makes 1 gallon sweet dills.
