RHUBARB UPSIDE DOWN CAKE | |
3 c. rhubarb 2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. butter 3 eggs 2 tbsp. water 1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder Put rhubarb in pan, sprinkle 1 cup sugar on top, dot with butter. Beat eggs, add remaining sugar, water, flour and baking powder. Beat well. Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. |
