CREAM OF CELERY SOUP 
1 med. bunch celery
1 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
2-3 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Chop stalks and leaves of celery bunch. Add water and boil for about 15 minutes or until tender. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour, stirring well. Gradually add milk and spices. Bring to boil, stirring continuously. Add sauce to celery. Serve with croutons.
