CREAM OF CELERY SOUP 
1 c. chopped celery, including leaves
1 chopped onion
2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. milk or cream

Combine and cook until vegetables are soft. Add cream and salt and pepper to taste. Heat slowly.

I didn't have chicken broth so I used the bouillon cubes Worked very well and did not have to add salt. Also use immersion blender when vegies were soft. Tasted great.
