BRIE EN CROUTE 
1 sheet frozen puff pastry
1 (4 1/2 inch) circle brie
1 pkg. Allout garlic cheese OR 1/2 c. peach jam
1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Let puff pastry thaw (1 hour at room temperature). Roll out until uniform. Coat 1 round side of brie with garlic cheese or jam. Place coated side of brie down in center of puff pastry.
