MUD PIE 
1/2 pkg. Nabisco chocolate wafers
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 gallon coffee ice cream, softened
1 1/2 c. fudge sauce, refrigerated
Whipped cream
Slivered, toasted almonds

Crush the wafers and mix with the melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Fill with ice cream and freeze until ice cream is firm again. Top with cold fudge sauce (it's easier to spread if it's very cold) and freeze for at least 10 hours before serving. Cut pie into eighths and serve topped with whipped cream and almonds. Serves 8.
