MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. unpopped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Pop the popcorn. Mix brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt together in large bowl. Microwave 2 minutes. Stir and microwave 2 minutes longer. Then add soda and mix well.

Put popped corn in grocery bag. Pour caramel over corn and shake. Cook full power for 1 1/2 minutes and then shake. Cook 1 1/2 minutes and shake again. Cook 1/2 minute and shake. Cook 1/2 minute and then spread on cookie sheet to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
