CARAMEL CORN (Microwave) 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 batches popped corn (about 15 c.)

Melt butter; stir in brown sugar, Karo syrup, soda. Microwave until mixture bubbles. Put popped corn in grocery bag. Add half of mixture. Stir in. Microwave 2 minutes. Add rest of mixture. Microwave 2 minutes more. Spread out on wax paper to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
